SET UP

The campaign starts with the "set up" in this stage with discuss the campaign goals, research the required leads, set up a project and detail the data-items (data-points).

In this stage we also define the 'sales-workbench screens' your sales team will work with.

A segment is a division of the campaign

A campaign can be divided into multiple segments. Where a segment is defined as, "an activitiy where new lead data needs to be acquired or created for". Typically when changing the filter criteria a new segment of data is required. Like a campaign contacting Hotels, Campings and B&B's. Hotels are a segment, Campings a segment and B&B's. There can be multiple segments in a campaign.

Before a campaign can start

A campaign is a success when the optimal number of prospects convert into customers. Optimal is defined as "making the planned margin","within the planned cost" and "the planned number of prospects". Those are quantifiable parameters any sales campaign needs.

The sales itself, the contact with the prospect can be organised in various ways. Usually our CCO guides this process and is in contact with your management team. In this phase the right person on the right task is important. BlueMarloc can be involved in training on the job. Acquiring new sales staff.
